Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship anywhere within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Most items ship within 7–10 business days, but custom orders may take a little longer depending on design.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. From there, you can follow your happy mail’s journey straight to your doorstep. Don’t worry—I’m just as excited as you to see that “Out for Delivery” status! 🚚✨
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. We do accept returns on non-custom items, but you’ll need to reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right. Custom orders are final sale since they’re made just for you 💕
Can I exchange for a different item?
At this time, we don’t offer item-for-item exchanges. If something doesn’t work out, you can return eligible non-custom items within 48 hours and place a new order for the piece you’ve got your eye on. That way, you get exactly what you want without the waiting game.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Mama’s Little Shack specializes in custom tees and gifts. Just message us with your idea and we’ll work out the details.
What brands do you print on?
We use high-quality blanks like Comfort Colors, Gildan, Bella+Canvas, LAT, and Rabbit Skins.
What methods do you use to print your shirts?
Each shirt is made with a whole lotta love (and a little caffeine ☕). We use professional printing methods like DTF (direct-to-film), DTG (direct-to-garment) and sublimation depending on the design. That means bright colors, long-lasting prints, and comfy tees you’ll wear on repeat.
